Gun Control Essay -- Constituton Bill Rights Right To Bear Arms

The people of the United States of America are presumption special rights that are guaranteed in the Constitution - The Supreme Law of the Land. The snatch Amendment of the Constitution declares, A well regulated reserves, being necessary to the security system of the free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
